When the whole world went into lockdown, I didn't know what I was going to do as a working musician. So I created a free bi-weekly live stream called Morning Cello.
In the beginning it was simply a creative outlet for me to fill the void of not being able to perform live. But then I realized there was a growing community of amazing, beautiful people who relied on Morning Cello for their sanity and sense of well-being.
It was then that I realized that it is my responsibility as a musician to continue bringing these concerts to the world. I had no idea Morning Cello would become one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. I've met new people, made new friends, reached over one million people and directly streamed to more than 100,000 people.
I created this show to help people cope with the stresses of the largest global pandemic of our lives. I would never have guessed that Morning Cello would also teach me to be a better person. A better musician. A better father. A better husband. A better human being.
